5. The annual league membership payment ($375 per team/per school) is due October 25, 2025. The registration form can be found on our website at https://www.nwvcl.org/pdf/nwvcl_league_registration.pdf
I will confirm your status on any payments once the actual payment is received in actual checks in the mail or direct deposits. We are at about 75% paid which is great at this point.
6. Please be sure to review all league rules and policies posted on our league website at www.nwvcl.org
Detailed individual and team eligibility guidelines were sent out on the last league update
7. All payments received through 10/9/25 have been processed and confirmation e-mails sent out. If you did not receive confirmation e-mail from me about your payment(s) it has NOT been received on my end. Please check with your administration first to make sure the check/payment was actually sent out. Keep in mind that it often takes 6-8 business days for a check to arrive through mail.
As always, please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. You can always reach out to me at NWVCL@comcast.net or NWVCL@proton.me
